Our concept

Japanese fine dining should be adaptable and dynamic, shaped by contemporary expectations of what defines an exceptional dining experience.  At Yuutaro we introduce respectful innovation to Japanese fine dining.  This means innovation is only used when necessary and in the right amount.  If a dish is best presented in its traditional form, we only endeavour to source the best ingredients and ensure the dish is prepared to perfection.  When we want to be a bit experimental, our adaptations add just the right amount of creativity to create a unique and exciting dining experience without overshadowing traditional flavours.  We proudly serve only the finest ingredients at our restaurant – from A5 Matsuzaka beef to fresh wild maguro.  95% of our fresh ingredients are imported from Japan at least five times a week.  We import our own fresh ingredients to ensure we only receive the finest ingredients. Our seasonal menu constantly changes so our in-season ingredients are served at their prime.”
